Yes, I done it 3 times already. I preffer to trust in my own capacity than in the hidden agendas of other individuals in the organizations. Do you trust your life to strangers?

Do I trust my life with random people? No, but I would trust the Unions to represent me. If certain sectors and jobs don't treat their employees right, you should fight against it, not just call quits.
