There is no way a call center would ever give out these numbers (plus the phone calls are recorded - good way of getting fired). I could see a call center handling between 1500 - and 2500 total calls a day.
MS end of year numbers come out shortly. All the divisions will have profit and loss numbers including the entertainment division. Total world wide console sales will also be available.
