First version, launch controller.

Second version (first revision), controller with 3.5mm headset jack.

Third version (second revision), this one.

There's the Elite controller, but I see that as a different product line rather than a revision.

Second revision is the special edition controllers (Lunar, Forza and such). This included the new bumpers and added rubber grip on the bottom. I would have bought the Lunar if this new controller and Xbone S never came out.

Third revision, this controller, basically just added Bluetooth and longer range. Changed the rubber grip bottom to a textured plastic bottom.
