Well to me men who have attraction to younger attractive females think a family member is a safe target as the young women would never suspect her older relative of something sinister initially and they are already have familiarity (younger cousin, niece, daughter)
I can say some of my older male relatives make a lot of unnecessary comments about my looks and figure.
