money sink right? i'd love to see that evidence that Sony lost money on the Vita at all. Is there another Sony console with a higher attach rate than the Vita?

i have a feeling people who don't own a vita have a lot of observations to make about the handheld, especially how many games are or aren't being released for it.

I have one. Sony hasn't done enough for it.

I could pinpoint specific mistakes like the proprietary mem cards andlack of L2/R2, but I'm quite happy with my Vita and own it since the day of release.

Going forward, if they could solve these 2 issues, plus boost the performance in a way it could play the full PS3 digital library, I'm sure it would be extremelly successful.

If, and that's a pretty damn big if, they have a solution to unify their library across Neo, regular PS4 and a future handhelf (obviously at lower specs) for digital games, that would be monumental. They would have to make sure there is easy scalability between all devices for games going forward.

That would come with a pretty big price tag, more in line with the cost of a premium phone than with a console and probably would need to be advertised as such. I say they are crazy enough to give it a shot :)
