How do you stir it up?

Note to op. Stop drinking coffee out of styrofoam. You aren't supposed to put hot drinks into styrofoam or microwave it. Remember everything gives you cancer.

I don't use anything to stir because I simply don't like the taste of coffee, tea, or any hot drink besides hot chocolate.
