The real test will be the drop-off come winter. Can the game survive when it's pouring with rain and snow and the ground is covered in ice?
Especially after 6 months when peoples interest may already be waning, the changing weather may be the thing to push them over the edge.
But at the Moment Pokemon Go is still doing exceptionally well.
