Crysis's music is distinctly generic to me. Like a John Williams wanna-be trying to sound intense. The Mafia music sounds downright bad. Like it's just a random mix of notes without any actual melody. I agree Deus Ex has great music.
Morrowind's and Oblivion's music sounds like a bad movie rip. There are very few original tunes in them (the melody sounds like it's ripped right out of Pirates of the Carribean). It's not that the music itself is bad, but it just sounds really generic and ripped-off.
