. A ram bump will be a relatively easy upgrade to make for their leaked neo spec.

Lol. A "ram bump" would require a very serious redesign of the SoC, at worst down to redesigning the processor cache managment.

So far as the only "acceptable leak" goes, it's 4 gddr5 controllers running at a higher clock for 200GB/s.

All this nonsense talk about a "new 4k Neo because of 6TF Scorpio" is just that - nonsense. The Neo is NOT a 4k console and it was NEVER designed to be one.

From where im sitting you are the one tslking nonsense.

You ssy the Neo was never intended to anything 4k? Yet it's original leak and even then supporting documents thus far has indicated that 4k is well in its sights. The PS4k was even one of the leaded code names.

And you say a ram bump requires a redesign of the SOC? what kimda nonsense is that?????? You do realize that the channels for the memory are already there in the SOC. And there were 16 of them of which only 8 are being used today. And what about the fact that the initial design prototypes for the PS4 had only 4GB or ram? Or wait.... you think that a company that takes the time to redesign an SOC to make it smaller while building a more powerful one will not bother making provisions for more RAM if the need arises?

I'm not saying that there will be more ram built in, but I think of the two of us you are the one being silly making it sound like it's completely impossible.

RAM or not? that's not even what this thread is about. Jeez....
