Lol. A "ram bump" would require a very serious redesign of the SoC, at worst down to redesigning the processor cache managment.
So far as the only "acceptable leak" goes, it's 4 gddr5 controllers running at a higher clock for 200GB/s.
All this nonsense talk about a "new 4k Neo because of 6TF Scorpio" is just that - nonsense. The Neo is NOT a 4k console and it was NEVER designed to be one.
