I have not made any wishes with those specs. and i am fully aware og what is "expected" from the Neo. But all those leaks cam before the scorpio reveal right? unless you believe that from march or so this year Sony would have made no modifications.
The RAM is the easiest thing for them to put in.... firstly, rememebr that original PS4 leaks had it having only 4GB of Ram... look how that ended up. With the current PS4, it's already using half the number of ram modules on its board than it launched with though at higher capacities. Taking the clamshell memory configuration it launched with into consideration that means that right now there are a total of 8 empty potential RAM slots.
So no, as I said.... these are all educated guesses. But I think my reasoning is sound.
