...and it is one sick (you know what) of a ride.  Actually, I've only played through the first chapter, but they lay it on thick.  No holds barred.

For those who don't know, Danganronpa is what I'd consider a visual novel which portrays characters being forced down a psychological sadistical path to fight for their freedom out of a school that was turned into a psychological torture chamber.  At least that's what it appears to be so far.  I little fair warning if discussion goes indepth, there will be a lot of spoilers since the game is heavily story and detail oriented.  In other words:

No game is perfect, and we are dealing with the realm of fantasy.  But in regards to the "motivation" DVDs, the events could have easily been more realistic to make the characters more relatable.  But I love the fact that at the end of the first chapter, it was clearly established that Monokuma is the enemy and not any of the students who were/will be driven to murder.  The school has been opened up more for exploration so I'll give an update as I progress.
