Ok. Thats good. If the games on the PS4 don't interest you and you feel you are better off with an XB1 whose games strangely enough also dont interest you then i say go for it!!!
And to answer your other question. I'm gonna say PS4. But I'll advice you dont take my answer seriously as that is the only console I have and only place I play games on. So I'm probably very biased.
