If you are calculating with 305mm length, you get the wrong surface size of the side and therefore also the wrong volume.

It is a rhomboid/parallelogram, not a rectangle. So you have to multiply the height with the length of the upper (or lower) edge (~275 mm), not with the total length (305 mm). Geometry is fun!

You are correct, while the dimensions I listed may be accurate, I should have not used those dimensions alone to calculate volume, though assuming the angle of the slant of the console is the same on both consoles the percentage I gave would be accurate regardless of if the cm3 used to calculate that was inflated, as they'd both be inflated to the same degree.

Regardless I have recalculated the volume using the surface area of the side face, so I'll revise my calculation slightly from my original stated 32%.

By my calculations the new PS4 Model is approximately 34.25% smaller (in terms of volume).

But take that with a grain of salt, I'd give a range of 32%-35.5%
