He could easily blame the media for losing the election (he already is) and then capitalize by starting his own network.  He already points them out at his rallies by calling them out.  Hey, look over there...  There is the crooked media.... Now boo them. He is already envious of the media making money off his constant bullshit. 

Without a doubt; but he could do that and more with a presidency to his achievements.  Losing the election would just make his efforts look like a spastic tantrum of a sore loser.
