None of this has anything to do with what the dev said.  % of support tickets filed do not equate to actual number of people with bugs nor does it have anything to do with people's emotional impressions on the game.  You can file a support ticket for crashes and still like the game or you can have no crashes and still hate the game.  They're unrelated to one another.

It is simply the % of complaints they've received on bugs in the game.  The dev even said it's a large number.

He could be lying (I'm not privy to their support ticket database) or he could be truthful.  Truth is if everyone is going to hate this dev because he implied features, down right lied about them or mislead on what to expect from the game they really should show restraint from doing the same IMO.  

Of course everyone is free to do what they want and it's simply my opinion.  I wont say what you're "allowed" to do like the chap earlier.  Do what you like, I simply disagree and not because I'm an "apologists" or belong to a "group of people that tries to make others believe everything is perfectly right" or whatever other insulting thing Mr. goodnight comes up with.

How can you disagree with people calling out the Dev for down right lying??. How are people doing the same by calling him out on the matter?.

He could of fixed all this by just being honest with people. He still could if he would just give some proper comment on the cut content and what he plans on doing about it but instead we get silence and talk about how now the will be payed DLC.

How you can agree with this and disagree with fans who doesnt agree with it is beyond me, but like you said to each his own.

I never said I agree with anything you're saying I agree to.  I disagree that filing a support ticket means you're unhappy.  They're not related as I've already explained. 

The rest of the stuff I did not offer an opinion on except that the dev needs to fix the issues with the game,  which of course, everyone conveniently ignores to fit the narrative being crafted in this and every thread related to this game.
