I doubt it very much. This is what, the fifth "WoW killer?"
From what I've heard, this game doesn't have the casual appeal of WoW. And I know that it doesn't have the low system requirements needed to achieve an enormous userbase. And finally, WoW is established, with years spent fine-tuning game balance, addressing stability issues, and adding/tweaking content to keep a broad appeal.
Conan would do well to carve out its own sizable niche of the MMO market. I don't think anybody but Blizzard themselves can unseat WoW at this point.
