As a Swede, no, of course we don't have it.
I voted "no" in the poll; the death penalty always struck me as uncreative. The absolute worst criminals deserve something more special in return for their actions. I would recommend public humiliation, followed by immediate ostracism by stripping them of their human rights. An easy way to distinguish such a criminal from the rest of the population would be a tatoo or some form of enforced clothing. Then we simply let mob justice take place as the people are free to treat this criminal however they choose, just like he carelessly treated his victims.
Perhaps the people are forgiving and sympathetic. It may be that this criminal manages to live out the rest of his life completely untainted by the masses, but the shame and constant fear of retribution will linger until he has drawn his last breath.
