Is it?  Interesting.  I read that less than 1% have raised support issues.  That says absolutely nothing about their emotions towards the game.

By saying that they want the reader to think everything is going perfectly but there is a very tiny minority of unhappy users on the internet that makes it looks like a big deal, the rest is fine. In reality that couldn't be far from the truth as the problems with the game seems to affect most of the owners, specially on PC where is a mess.
