TV show for sure, maybe Hellix from the Sci-Fi channel or some Walking Dead rip-off.
Could be for a R-Rated horror movie though, mutations are a kind gross theme for a tv show, I remember the mutation episodes from XFiles and they made me sick from my stomach.
My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.
