The idea here appears to be focus less on Kojima's labyrinthine back stories and plot lines and more on straight team play, presumably both online and local.
For whatever reason, the first thing that came to mind upon viewing the trailer once it broke into the actual play was 4 player Left 4 Dead.
I like that it ties into the lost MSF members and fills in the gap between Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain, but I don't see myself supporting this title unless later promo material really blows me away.
