But, as for being a critical flop, well, its reception was mixed, so I guess one could argue that it failed from that perspective.

It was the mixed reviews and opinions I read about that turned me off. First one was pretty good imo. It was 50% off at best buy last week and I still didn't bite. Glad it's doing well though, even if it's an EA game. :)
