The first few words are phonetic symbols that read tiaazu tou tiara, which don't really mean anything in Japanese. The next words are kakan no daichi, which means something like Earth of the garland/corolla/wreath (some weird flower parts?).
Umm... after that I think it turns into other information about the product.

Copy/pasteing the title into the Japanese Wikipedia and switching to the English one gave me this game. Looks like just what you were looking for.
