Context, that user goes into every single Nintendo thread to shit about things he don´t care about and has expressed more than once how much pleasure he gets from all their failures, context.
I'm kidding about a game because I think it looks bad, and I have the right to joke about that, I´m not hating on any company because it gives me pleasure, I just think this game is bad, and looking at public and critics reception, it doesn't look like that's an unpopular opinion right now. Now if I knew a joke like that would have offended him this way I wouln't make it, and would probably don't make any other joke to him as a result, but there is no offense in the comment itself.
