I would say November 2011 for neXtBox and following fall/xmas for both PS4 and Nintendo 6.
Nintendo won't put their system too far out. It will probably come in last to the market but, they don't want to be disrupted by a well thought out MS/Sony system. So, the 6 will be about the same time as the PS4 to attempt to capture the Wii market.
