If you have like a month free and nothing to do I guess it is. Long term you probably better buy a second hand PS3 and the games you really want to play because PS now doesn't has all the games and some are rental only so you have to pay for them.
basically check the list of ps now games that are available and see how many you want to play. If their is a handfull you want to play then 20 euro is fine and that is something I would do my self.
But I know I love to replay games and the fact that I don't own those games will annoy me. So far I never met anyone who talked about his PS now experience it is just not that popular? I think if they give the players the option to buy games on it without a subscription it would be different oh well.
