No they don't, private health system has been plenty of terrible injustices in the past because companies don't give a damn shit, and if all is ruled by big companies they can agree to put the conditions they want, and those can be as selfish as they wish because they have the power. A government can be as selfish as a company and even less effective, but at least you can choose your governemnt, at least there is the possibiliy of choosing someone that actually gives a shit.
