So why do you care if you don't own Xbox anymore? ...
I am pretty happy with 360 dashboard, it has far more features than Sony XMB at the moment so I am not sure what is the reason. I am rather glad they fix the DRM issue and I prefer to have that than update to dashboard that for the most part work just fine. (Sure it can used some tweak and may be eventually facelift but as far as functionality go it's fine).
