As far as passing plays go F3 is on par with iBP but they're missing the consistency. While NG plays RL basically how it is supposed to be played they only score based on speed and fast rotation and less on actual teamplay. You could basically switch out any equally skilled player in NG and it wouldn't make a difference. Their speed is so incredible but it's just very frustrating to watch them just hitting the ball towards the goal instead of having actual thought out plays.
I kinda hope that NG pays for this against F3 but they might just overwhelm them with speed as well.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
