Michigan and Florida don't count because they broke the Democratic Party's rules and moved their election dates ahead of when they were scheduled without getting the Party's okay and pissing off the other 48 states. I can see MI's point because it's one of the hardest hit states in terms of the economy. The Dem's felt they had to take action to avoid other states from moving up their elections in the future and causing chaos(everyone will want to be first). The Republicans also penalized MI and FL(though not as severe). In the end, because it was such a close primary, MI and FL ended up shooting themselves in the foot because had they retained their original election dates, their votes would have had alot more weight. Ironic.
OT: Hillary Clinton is the only person who thinks Hillary Clinton can win. At this point her campaign is primarily being powered by her gigantic ego. We just had 7+ years of a president who says dumb shit and embarrasses the US. We don't need another.

If there was no cheating or anything else iffy about the elections I think it´s stupid not to count them it sends the message that the people in those states arent as important as the others.
