Is the 3DS selling this well because of Pokemon Go ?

Yes, it would seem GO has rekindled the Pokémania of the 90s.  The digital codes for the old Gameboy games as well as Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire and X/Y shot up into the top 100 after Go launched and Sun and Moon has gained a LOT of preorders it seems.  So yes, it seems Go has indirectly rekindled interest in the handheld market.
