Beyond any techinical problems this build has, it's difficult to think of what they could compare without spoiling what the new content and features are. I'm not expecting the radius of the procedural generation to be pushed further out but who knows, perhaps that one thing they could compare. Or perhaps the biome and topography algorithm has been improved so there's another. I should think someone will do it but I'm not going to look at it until I've played the game for at least a couple of months..
