I seriously wonder at what point the US, NATO or even the UN will just draw the line and flatten North Korea. Imagine them successfully developing Nuclear Weapons and other weapons such as Ballistic Missiles to deliver them to their target. With a regime which has nothing to lose if they're about to be toppled that's such an immense risk.
