yeah having an integrated PSU has a grand total of zero advantage...
on the other hands it has a shit ton of major design flows...
1 it is the most likely component to fail and if you are a collector it will fail before the rest it shouldn't warrant a brand new purchase when you could just buy a new PSU for $20...
2 It is also a big heat generator, encasing it with the rest is greatly increasing the risk of failure....
3 if you move around the world like I do and have to change PSU to fit local power requirements, switching a $20 bucks PSU is more cost efficient than buying a new console...
so 0-3 =-3 advantages... So yeah even if by some miracle you could find one advantage you'd still be off by 2... And don't tell me looks I don't know you but my consoles are under my TV and my cables and PSU all hidden behind the TV furniture so unless you have it on the coffee table with a outlet in the middle of your living room floor you still have zero point....
and this apply to just about any expensive electric device where you can't replace the PSU yourself easily ....
