VII- First game I played and the first of PS1 games I went back to complete. Loved it to pieces, the most timeless FF in terms of battle system, characters, story. VIII and IX, didn't have good stories imo.
X- First Final Fantasy I was old enough to play from beginning to end. Such a gorgeous game but replaying the HD edition its clear it didn't age that well, despite it being my favourite FF at the time.
