I agree. Like the latest Xbox Classics, Nintendo Selects look a lot better than both Platinum and Essentials.

Still, I prefer to buy the standard versions of 3DS games.

I think the background for the Nintendo Selects don't make much of a difference. Nintendo Selects are $20 off the original 3ds price, so that's great.
