Not too far away from the center, has actual experience, and is definitely electable. Polls suggested Kasich would have absolutely destroyed Clinton the general election, but primary voters don't give a shit about quaint notions like electability or actual capacity to do their job correctly. |
The so called "electability" is worthless if you can't garner up the initial support and that is why Bernie Sanders got outed so quickly despite having the highest favourability ratings against any republican candidates according to the polls ...
The only sensible thing to do as voters is to vote with your feelings instead of logic when there are no guarantees as far as the future is concenred ...
If the Bernie or bust crowd want to make a big deal out of it then let them vote for Trump in protest as we can not have our democracy being perverted by the likes of the government ...
