Not necessarily.
Trump is successful for the same reason people buy billions of dollars worth of diet products, or penis enlarging pills, or whatever. Sometimes people want an easy solution so badly that they're willing to ignore common sense. I'm going to fix it. Don't ask me how, but I will, because I'm awesome. It's a time tested strategy.
