maybe a narcissist? has no filter, says dumb things.
Has a huge ego and probably cares little for others...
I have no idea if you should cheer for him, because it would be fun to see what he would do with all that power (great wall of china 2.0 in USA to wall off mexicans)... or be scared of what he will do with it.
