W10 Anniversary Update Removes Features, Cortana Always On

I really dont like them having the ability to install and uninstall shit on my PC. I don't use Cortana and I would like option to turn it off. I don't want to be datamined nor do I want them to have all of my personal data. I do see they are smart enough to disable windows 10 store on Enterprise and Education editions. There is no way an IT dept is going to allow auto installing 3rd party software.
