Interesting observation is that the PS4 release is still about 50% in stock after 20 minutes despite fewer units.

That may have something to do with the fact that Breach & Clear is a grey-brown top down shooter and Soldner is a colourful shmup.

But yeah, this happened on the earlier batch too - Soldner gone after 10 minutes; B&C took 1 hr 30 mins to go.

I think we're seeing the beginnings of small but extremely dedicated Vita fanbase vs. large but flooded by other games PS4 fanbase.  One thing's for sure - LRG had better start getting their PS4:Vita ratio a bit closer after the last few games.
