I mean, he already rushed the last battle so this last chapter could be free to finish the series, just like with Naruto, so I doubt it won't happen.

With the way chapter 684 ended i could just see the final chapter picking up from there and it just being a bit of a mini celebration that they won the war but have nothing that really makes feel like a finale but this could just be me setting my expectations for the ending extremely low.
