North Korea Accuse the United States for Declaring War

Does the North Korean goverment start to believe the bullshit which they are feeding to its citizens? They don't even have the slightest chance to win this war. How in the hell do they think, that declaring a war against the US would be ignored by the NATO? The reason that North Korea isn't a huge hole on earth, is because there are still innocent people who live there.
