http://www.dsogaming.com/videotrailer-news/star-citizen-new-video-shows-off-atmospheric-flight/
Cloud Imperium has released a new video, showcasing Star Citizen’s new atmospheric flight system. As the team noted, ships that look like they can take advantage of it will handle better than those that don’t. In other words, more aerodynamic ships maneuver better because of how the handle drag, and they can roll and pitch better in atmosphere than in space.

The most obvious improvement is the addition of a menu bar on the left, which provides direct links to sales, free games, and Origin Access, and an embedded friends list on the right-hand side of the screen.

MORE EVIDENCE POINTS TO KARAZHAN AS THE SETTING FOR THE NEXT HEARTHSTONE ADVENTURE
http://www.pcgamer.com/more-evidence-points-to-karazhan-as-the-setting-for-the-next-hearthstone-adventure/
The sharp eyes of Reddit have dug up yet more evidence that the upcoming Hearthstone expansion will be set in the tower of Karazhan. The Karazhan.com domain, which previously displayed a blank page, now leads straight to a 403: Forbidden error, while deeper digging revealed that its IP block is owned by Blizzard. Even more convincing, using https:// to hit the url leads (after a security certificate warning) to—gasp!—Battle.net!
TITANFALL 2 MULTIPLAYER WILL USE AZURE, GOOGLE AND AMAZON CLOUDS, AND "BARE METAL" SERVERS
http://www.pcgamer.com/titanfall-2-multiplayer-will-use-azure-google-and-amazon-clouds-and-bare-metal-servers/
In the first of the Titanfall 2 “Inside Development” videos (technically the second, but last week's was just an introduction to the series, so it doesn't really count), Lead Engineer Jon “Slothy” Shiring discusses how the game's multiplayer servers will work. The short version is that using Microsoft's Azure servers for the original Titanfall worked out really well, “so we're going to keep doing that.”
LAYERS OF FEAR: INHERITANCE GETS A TRAILER AHEAD OF NEXT WEEK'S LAUNCH
http://www.pcgamer.com/layers-of-fear-inheritance-gets-a-trailer-ahead-of-next-weeks-launch/
Layers of Fear, a horror game about spooky oil paintings and ominous mansions, is getting an expansion next week. Dubbed Inheritance, this time you'll play as the painter's daughter, who's revisiting her childhood home to face her past. Don't know why you'd wanna do that when your house is basically a death trap, but hey!
TERRARIA: OTHERWORLD IS STILL HAPPENING, BUT IT'S BEEN REVAMPED
http://www.pcgamer.com/terraria-otherworld-is-still-happening-but-its-been-revamped/
You'd be forgiven for thinking Terraria: Otherworld has been quietly abandoned, given the lack of updates since December last year. The good news is that the project is still kicking, but in a new status update on the project, studio Re-Logic explains that the offshoot has recently undergone a significant revamp, and that it might be a while before it actually releases.
CAPCOM TEASES ‘PROJECT PALM’ WHICH MIGHT BE DRAGON’S DOGMA-RELATED
http://www.pcgamer.com/capcom-teases-project-palm-which-might-be-dragons-dogma-related/
It sure took its sweet time, but 2012’s console action RPG Dragon’s Dogma finally landed on PC earlier this year. Without obvious warning, developer Capcom has now launched a teaser site for a new game—currently named Project Palm— that’s written almost entirely in Japanese and makes mention of August 2, 2016. This is probably when we’ll learn more. With the few clues we’ve got right now, the internet reckons it’s related to Dragon’s Dogma.
EMILY'S ALL-NEW POWERS REFLECT HER DIFFERENT PERSONALITY, SAYS DISHONORED 2 LEAD DESIGNER
http://www.pcgamer.com/emilys-all-new-powers-reflect-her-different-personality-says-dishonored-2-lead-designer/
When Chris visited Dishonored developers Arkane earlier this year, he told us the incoming follow-up is “very much a sequel to the original” and that we shouldn’t expect an overhaul. I’m totally fine with that, and the more I learn about what Corvo Attano and Emily Kaldwin will be doing in new setting Karnaca, the more excited I get.
BATTLERITE IS THE SPIRITUAL SUCCESSOR TO BLOODLINE CHAMPIONS
http://www.pcgamer.com/battlerite-is-the-spiritual-successor-to-bloodline-champions/
Remember Bloodline Champions? You know, the 2011 free-to-play Dota-styled MOBA that Tom once said had a “steep learning curve and lack of starting characters” but also boasted “fun and frenzied arena battles.” Well its creators, Swedish outfit Stunlock Studios, have now released the first in-game footage of its “spiritual successor” - Battlerite.
