They'll probably do nothing for you. Try to go against the whole company, they stick by their guns and won't boulder. I really wonder why they're still in the business when there's better alternatives, but I guess they have more locations and not everyone would rather travel farther to a Best Buy instead.
I stopped going/buying to Gamestop after I found out what their "new" games policies/practices are. I bought the opened, sticker on case, disc clearly had previous handle and finger prints "new game", and never went back.
Amazon and Best Buy are where its at.
