I would recommend people reading the European Union Terrorism Situation Trend 2015 and 2016 reports. They offer statistics like number of arrests and attacks of jihadi, left-wing, right-wing, ethno-centric terrorists. One thing that stuck out to me was the titling of Chapter 2. In the 2015, it was titled "Religiously Inspired Terrorism", but the title in the 2016 report is "Jihadist Terrorism". In 2014, total arrests and attacks were 774 and 199, respectively. 395 of the 774 arrests (51%) were done on religiously inspired terrorists. In 2015, total arrests and attacks were 1077 and 211, respectively. 687 of the 1077 arrests (63.7%) were done on religiously inspired terrorists/jihadists. France had it the worst, doubling from 188 arrests to 377 arrests. |
What I don't get is why the EU doesn't act upon this. The facts are presented, now it's time to see what to do.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.
