I haven't had much issues. I always try to get the emergency aisle cause you get that little bit of extra room. Most annoying trip was taking my 2 year old. She cannot sit still and just constantly has to be entertained. Thankfully a lady across the isle had some adult color books and played with her. At ;east she wasn't noisy, so we weren't "those" people.
