There's how.

Looks super intuitive and not expensive at all, you only need a 1000$ phone, and Aple TV, and Hdmi and a gamepad for Iphones (if there is one), then you can play all the unique masterpieces made for Ios in all its glory on your TV. 

Might cost a lot for Apple phones, but it's pretty damn cheap to do it on Android, the #1 phone OS in the world (and by quite a lot.)

Also, this thing is not going to be "substantially" more powerful than the Wii U.  Substantially would get you around XBO terroritory.  If this thing is going to basically be a tablet with controllers, you would be lucky to get about half the power of an XBO.  Not unless Nintendo wants to put out a console that costs at least $100 more than the PS4 does now, which would be suicide.
