That sentence is contradictory, Japanese support means it wont be Wii U levels of third party support a.k.a. none at all besides partnerships.
Also to your response to me, I feel Nintendo systems are bought almost entirely for Nintendo games, so third party games, while they can still sell well, are probably gonna sell significantly worse than their PS/XB counterparts as those systems are known for third party games which gel with the generally mature/gritty first party offerings and already have established Call of Duty, Fifa, etc. fanbases on them. If this rumor is true then it means Nintendo has realized this and instead of focusing on making a better ecosystem for third partys they're making a better ecosystem for Nintendo games.
