That's the exact problem with it being a Hybrid in the first place. But whatever, Nintendo can have another generation with no third party support if this is truly what they want.

Releasing a weaker console than the PS4 years after the PS4 has launched? Lol, god damn Nintendo I wish you good luck. Not to mention the Neo and Scorpio coming out later.

No western third party support (which imo would be the case no matter what Nintendo did but I digress), but they'll have Japanese support by default. That plus the unified library should allow for more support than even the 3DS got.

Now you see that's where I disagree though. Nintendo COULD get ALL third party support if they would stop fucking up all their consoles imo.

With the Wii U they had the horrible marketing and people had no idea it was a new system, they poured all the money into the controller so the system was underpowered as fuck, then they didn't even use the new controller they made for anything special most of the time.

It seems that Nintendo always gives developers a reason not to support it.

Now once again with the NX (if these rumors are true) they are once again launching a system that is severely underpowered. Sure, it will get more games at a faster rate from NINTENDO since they can just focus on a single device, but I guess that's all the system is going to be yet again just like the Wii U: a device where you can only play Nintendo games since third party games aren't releasing on it.
